Our Vision
The overall objective of Project Caleb is to mobilise the voluntary sector into providing intensive assistance for young vulnerable people such as young offenders and care-leavers. It is recognised that the kind of assistance required goes beyond practical assistance and training courses, and requires time, effort and commitment. To this end, Project Caleb is producing a programme for national roll-out aimed at empowering the voluntary sector. We believe that the problem is too big for any government initiative, but want to work closely with all agencies in making this happen.
The vision - to roll out further schemes around the North West and ultimately throughout the UK and make a real difference to the lives of thousands of teenagers without hope.
